Lazka, the guise under which Harikiri pushes his non-dubstep & drum ‘n’ bass material, marks an interesting turn in the style of his production. ‘Boing’ is proving difficult to pin down to any one genre – You’d be forgiven for calling it minimal house with it’s rolling sub and cut-up vocals, but it’s Lazka/Harikiri’s edgy and complex drum patterns (somewhat of a trademark) that set this track out from it’s rivals. Call it what you will, this track definitely has something going for it!
